Refund policy
At Dancehall Bootcamp, we appreciate your support and want to make sure our policies are clear.
Class Policy
All Dancehall Bootcamp class purchases are non-refundable.
If you purchase a class ticket and miss the class, you may apply that ticket to the next class within the same month and year.
Tickets cannot be rolled over beyond the same month and year, and missed class credits are not redeemable for cash.

Physical Product Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods
- custom products
- personalized items
- personal care goods
- hazardous materials
- flammable liquids or gases
- sale items
- gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
